Authorization
Authorize this connector by creating a connection to your SmartRecruiters account. When you add an SmartRecruiters card to a flow for the first time, you'll be prompted to create a connection. You can reuse this connection the next time that you build a flow with this connector.
You can create multiple connections and manage them from your Connections page.
Before you begin

Okta Workflows administrator credentials

SmartRecruiters admin credentials or a system role credentials with permissions to access the company API Credential Manager.

A SmartRecruit account that contains the SmartConnect add-on which enables account holders to access to the Developer APIs.
To configure SmartRecruiters connector in Workflows:

Do one of the following:
- In the Okta Workflows Console, go to .
- From a SendGrid event or action card, click New Connection.

Enter a Connection Nickname. This is useful if you plan to create multiple SmartRecruiters connections to share with your team.
- Click Create.

In the SmartRecruiters dialog box:

Enter your email address and click Next.

Enter your password and click Log in.
