Check Flow History
Flow History is one of the most important features of the Workflows platform, and is crucial to the flow building process.
Seeing the history of a flow is tremendously useful when debugging flows, and it also allows you to audit and compare past executions.
Past execution history is subject to the Time to Live (TTL) restrictions for your org (7 days for developer orgs and 30 days for preview and production orgs).
To use this feature, open a previously executed flow and click the Flow History tab.
Click an item in the list displayed in the right pane to see the data that passed through the flow for that particular execution.
Flow History is an opt-in feature, and can be enabled in two ways:
-
Select the Save all data checkbox in the Save dialog. You can access this dialog the first time you save the flow, or when you open the dialog by clicking the flow name.
-
Click Enable Save Data in the Flow History page.
To stop saving Flow History for a flow, open the Save dialog by clicking the flow name and remove the Save all data selection.
