Create Import Session

Create an import session in Okta.


Field Definition Type Required
ID Dynamically return all Custom Identity Source integration apps. Also provide an option to enter the application ID as an input field.

The field displays a maximum of 100 application instances. If a timeout occurs due to server or network issues, the field displays -- Enter Application ID --.

ID of a Custom Identity Source application.

Identity Source ID is the same as Application ID.

Appears when -- Enter Application ID -- is selected from the Application option.

ID Unique value for the session ID. This is a required value for subsequent session operations. String
Application ID Unique ID for the specified Custom Identity Source application String
Status Result of the operation. The connector returns an HTTP status code that indicates whether the action taken by the card succeeded or failed. For example:
  • A 201 Created status code indicates success where a new resource was created.
  • A 403 Forbidden error indicates that the HTTP request wasn't processed because the necessary permissions were missing.

Import Type The import type for the Identity Source Session. Currently, only INCREMENTAL is supported
