Search Organizations

Search for organizations in Zendesk.

Options

Field Definition Type Required
Result Set Choose one of the following options to display your search results:
  • First Matching Org: returns a single record.

  • First 1000 Matching Orgs: returns the first 1000 matching records, in list format.

  • Stream Matching Orgs: pass all matching records from your parent Flow to a helper Flow; a Streaming input section will be added to the card from which you can select a helper Flow for streaming and adding custom extensible fields. No outputs are displayed when this option is selected.

When searching against Date & Time fields, the following format is permitted: YYYY-MM-DD.

Name

Name of the org.

Details Details that you want to store about the organization.

For example, address.

External ID Unique external ID to associate organizations to an external record. String FALSE
Custom Fields A dynamically generated list of any custom fields associated with the organization. See About custom field types. Various FALSE
Search Criteria      
Limit Set of user defined properties returned for all matching records.
  • If Limit is set to 0, no records are returned.
  • If Limit is set to greater than 0, records greater than 0 and up the maximum number of records specified are returned.
  • If Limit is empty or not selected, all records are returned.

This field displays when Stream Matching Orgs is selected from the Result Set field.

Flow Click Choose Flow to browse and select a helper flow to which the search results will be streamed, then click Choose to confirm.

Optionally, click the empty field under Click or drop here to create and add custom extensible fields that pass data to the helper flow. These fields are added as key/value pairs under the State output object in the helper flow.

This field displays when Stream Matching Orgs is selected from the Result Set field.

There is no output field on the card that will display the streamed records.

Date and time when the object was created.

Date & Time
Updated At Date and time that the ticket was most recently updated. Date & Time
Domain Names Domain names to associate with organization. List of Text
Details Details that you want to store about the user.

For example, address.

Notes Notes that you want to store about the organization. String
Group ID Group ID that's assigned to tickets opened by users in this organization. Number
Shared Tickets? Users in this organization are able to see each other's tickets. If true, users in the organization can see each other's tickets. Boolean
Shared Comments? Users in this organization are able to see each other's comments on tickets. If true, users in the organization can see each other's comments on the ticket. Boolean
Tags Tags related to the organization. List of Text
