Tableau Cloud is a cloud-based analytics platform for creating or hosting visualizations, data sources, and flows.

Through Okta Workflows, you can search and manage the users and groups in your Tableau Cloud site, or make custom requests to the Tableau API.

Authorize your Tableau Cloud account

When you add a Tableau Cloud card to a flow for the first time, Okta Workflows prompts you to configure the connection. This connection links to your Tableau Cloud account and saves your account information, so you can reuse this connection for future Tableau Cloud flows.

Action	Description
Add User to Group	Add a user to the specified group.
Add User to Site	Add a user to Tableau Cloud and assign the user to the current site.
Custom API Action	Use the Custom API action card to make an authenticated request to the Tableau API.
List Group Members	Get a list of users in the specified group.
List User Groups	Get a list of groups of which the specified user is a member.
Read User	Return information about the specified user.
Remove User from Group	Remove a user from the specified group.
