Disable User Account

Disable the mail account functionality for a user in Zoho Mail.

Run this card using either the Admin or User authentication type. An Admin can disable any user's mail accounts in the org. However, a User can only disable their own mail accounts.

This card can only disable non-default email accounts.

Authentication Type

Choose the authentication type used to disable the mail functionality for a Zoho Mail user account:

  • Admin: Disable the account using admin authentication.
  • User: Disable the account using user authentication.

If you select the Admin option, you must be an admin in the org to manage another user's mail accounts. Organization ID, Account ID, and User ID are required fields.

If you select the User option, you can only manage your own mail accounts. Account ID is a required field.

Organization

Choose the unique identifier for the Zoho org.

You can choose an org from the dropdown list or select --Enter Org ID-- to enter the org ID manually.

This field is required for the Admin authentication type.

This parameter identifies the user account to change.

You can either choose an account in the org selected from the Organization dropdown menu or select -- Enter Account ID -- to enter the account ID manually.

This field is required for both the Admin and User authentication types.

Status Code

Result of the operation. The connector returns an HTTP status code that indicates whether the action taken by the card succeeded or failed. For example:

  • A 201 Created status code indicates success where a new resource was created.
  • A 403 Forbidden error indicates that the HTTP request wasn't processed because the necessary permissions were missing.
