Slack integration for Access Certifications and Access Requests
If you've enabled the Identity Governance - Slack notifications feature, you can integrate communication tools like Slack with your Okta org and send notifications for Access Certifications and Access Requests. Notify access certification campaign reviewers or streamline requesting access using Slack. This feature extends the existing Slack integration with Access Requests. Integrations for Access Requests
Access Requests can sync and share resources with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and ServiceNow. After adding an integration, you can use conditions or request types to perform more actions.
Jira and ServiceNow integrations are available only for requests managed by request types.
