Input fields are dynamically generated from your record type selection. Custom fields are marked with _c.
For multi-select picklists, enter custom fields as a semicolon-delimited list of text (for example, Labradoodle;Corgi;Bernese Mountain Dog). Try pairing this with a Read Picklist Values action.
