Updated Incident

Trigger a flow when an incident is updated in ServiceNow.


Field Definition Type Required


Choose which type of values you want in your output fields:

  • Display Values: Use the user-friendly values for the data, reflecting what is shown in the ServiceNow interface. For example, a full name like Joe Smith or a country like Canada.

  • System Values: Use the unique identifiers stored in the ServiceNow database that reference the display values. For example, the database identifier for Joe Smith might be 1234567 while the identifier for Canada might be 416.

Dynamically Generated Fields

These fields are dynamically generated based on fields available to the account selected. This includes standard fields and custom fields, if needed.

Click the cog icon in the bottom right of the card and select Choose fields to look at the full list of available output fields.
