Deploy Access Gateway for development environments
This guide describes how to deploy and configure Access Gateway to a virtual environment for use in a development environment.
You need a basic knowledge of networks and firewalls to complete these tasks.

|Install Oracle VirtualBox||
Install a virtualization environment.
This guide uses Oracle VirtualBox for instructional purposes. See Manage Access Gateway deployment for list of all virtual environments that Access Gateway supports and instructions to deploy to each.
|Deploy the Access Gateway OVA file to Oracle VirtualBox||Deploy Access Gateway to a virtual environment.|

Add the required DNS entries for Access Gateway to the local hosts file.
If IP addresses aren't static, use the Access Gateway Management console to determine the addresses assigned by DHCP.
