Jira Service Management connector
Jira Service Management is a collaborative IT Service Management (ITSM) solution designed to provide rapid service delivery. You can create, read, and update requests, and there are matching event cards for each of those actions.
This connector is only supported for use with Jira cloud. Use with on-premises Jira servers isn't supported. See Moving from server to cloud for developers.

The Jira Service Management connector uses custom authentication. See Authorization.
